Ingredients
- For the Beans:
- 1 pound yard-long beans
- For the Dressing:
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
FOR THE BEANS:
Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Add the beans and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
FOR THE DRESSING:
Combine wasabi and water in a small bowl. Blend and then let stand for 5 minutes. Place remaining ingredients with the wasabi mixture in a screw-top jar. Shake vigorously to blend. Toss the beans with the dressing and serve.
