Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 egg whites
- 1 (6-ounce) box chicken-flavored
- stuffing mix, crushed
- 6 boneless pork chops (about 2
- pounds)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. In a 13x9-inch baking dish, pour melted butter; set aside.
In a shallow dish, whisk flour, salt, and pepper until combined. In a second shallow dish, whisk egg whites until foamy. In a third shallow dish, place stuffing mix.
Dredge pork chops in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip in egg whites, letting excess drip off. Dredge pork chops in stuffing mix to coat. Place in prepared baking dish.
Bake for 8 minutes. Turn chops, and bake for 8 minutes longer or until desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
