Ingredients
- 6 1/2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 14 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation
Step 1
Place watermelon on sheet pan an freeze about 4 hours.
puree watermelon, condensed milk, lime juice and salt in food processor. You may need to do this in batches.
Transfer mixture to a large sealable container and cover and freeze until firm.
