Peanut Butter Pie Sample House

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 1 C Peanut Butter
• 2/3 C Sugar
• 1/2 C Whipping Cream
• 1 Baked Pie Shell
• 1/4 C Sugar
• 1/3 C Whipping Cream
• 1/4 C Butter
• 1/2 oz Chocolate
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bake and cool pie crust. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter. Whip cream until stiff and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread in pie crust.

Topping: boil sugar and cream, reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes. remove from heat and add butter and chocolate. Stir until combined. Add Vanilla. Poor over pit filling.
