Steakhouse Potato Salad

What's the best part of this Steakhouse Potato Salad? It could be the crumbled bacon or the sharp cheddar cheese but it might also be the fact that we mixed our ranch dressing with MIRACLE WHIP to ensure a tasty potato salad that will be loved by all.

Ingredients
- 3 lb. (1.4 kg) small red potatoes (about 9), quartered
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in 2-L microwaveable dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Place in large bowl.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until completely cooled.
Mix Miracle Whip and dressing until blended. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
