Ingredients
- 1/2 cup graham crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1-1/2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese (675 g), softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 24 fresh raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. coloured sprinkles
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Combine graham crumbs, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottoms of 24 paper-lined mini muffin pan cups.
Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add egg; mix just until blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups, adding about 1 Tbsp. batter to each cup.
Bake 15 min. or until centres of cheesecakes are almost set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top cheesecakes with remaining ingredients just before serving.
