  • Cookie dough, which you can make yourself or buy.
  • (I used chocolate chip cookie dough for this pie).
  • Hot fudge or chocolate syrup.
  • Ice cream (any flavor)(about a half gallon)
  • Cool whip
  • sprinkles(optional)

Step 1

You want to spread the cookie dough in a cake pan, and bake a few extra minutes than you’d normally make the cookies. Let it cool completely, then pour on the chocolate sauce. Next, you want to spread the ice cream on top. A half of a gallon of ice cream should be plenty. Lastly, spread the cool whip on top of the ice cream. I used about half of a container for that. Sprinkles for a little birthday fun, and there you go!
Make sure to put your Ice Cream Cookie Pie in the freezer to set for a few hours before serving. We kept ours in the freezer for almost a week, and it was still good.
