Lamb shanks

Ingredients

  • lamb shanks
  • granulated garlic and onion
  • 1 large onion
  • ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Wash meat and sprinkle with granulated
garlic and onion

Slice onion and place in a heavy pan. Place meat on top of the onions and cover.
Bake at 350 degrees.

Check after 1 to 1 1/2 hours and when fork tender, remove the cover and pour ketchup on meat and rub in.
Bake uncovered until browned (approximately 4 to 5 minutes),
