Ingredients
- 5 oz whole wheat pizza dough
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices salami
- 3 slices deli ham
- 3 slices deli turkey
- 1 kosher pickle spear, quartered lengthwise
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 t water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Yellow mustard for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12 x 6 inch rectangle
Layer on the Swiss cheese, salami, ham, turkey, and pickle
Roll up, starting at a long edge, into a tight roll, pinching the seams together
Place on a baking sheet
Cut a few slits on the top
Whisk the egg yolk and water in a small bowl and brush over the top
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes
Slice and serve with mustard
Yield: 10 slices
