Ingredients
- 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 minced anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon herb, rosemary, tarragon, sage, basil, chives, dill)
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients, except olive oil, in a food processor until chunky, then slowly add olive oil and blend until smooth and somewhat fluffy. Garnish with herb and olive oil.
