Teriyaki Steak in Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 lbs. boneless chuck steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 20oz. can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1/4 c. juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tblsp. sugar
- 2 Tblsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tblsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tblsp. water

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into 1/8" slices and place in cooker. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, reserved pineapple juice, ginger, sugar, oil and garlic. Pour sauce mixture over meat. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours. Turn to high and add pineapple. Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl; add to cooker. Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened. Serve over rice.
