Ingredients
- Cream cheese frosting:
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cups margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 cup mincemeat
- 1 can (1 lb.) pumpkin
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, soft
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together first 5 ingrediants. Beat eggs, sugars, & mix well. Blend in remaining ingrediants. Pour into greased pan (13x9x2). Bake 325* for 55-60 minutes. Cool
Prepare frosting:
Cream cheese & butter. Add the rest of ingrediants. Frost cake. Top with nuts.
