- 2 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Psyllium Fiber Powder
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1-1/2 cups mashed ripe Banana about 2 – 3
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Oil one 9x5-inch or two 8x4-inch loaf pans.
In a medium bowl, blend together Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour, baking powder, baking soda, Psyllium Fiber Powder, ground cinnamon, and salt and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well to combine.
Pour batter into prepared pan(s) and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 40 – 50 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
