Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup graham crubs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room tmperature
- 2 eggs, at room emperature
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whip cream
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together ingrediants for crust. Pat into spring form pan.
Preheat oven to 375*. In large mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, and salt, mix well. Add cream cheese. With mixer at medium speed beat until smooth and well blended. Add eggs & vanilla. Beat just until well-blended. Stir in cream. Add chocolate chips. Pour on crust.
Bake 55 minutes. (Cetner will be slightly soft) Immediately use a spatula around edge of cake to loosen from pan (helps prevent cracking) Cool on wire rack one hour. Cover and chill 4 to 5 hours before cutting:
Variation: Omit chocolate chips & add 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel.
