Ingredients
- 1 T sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 t grated ginger
- 2 T honey
- 2 T soy sauce
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts halves
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Green onion, cut into thin strips (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
Place chicken on rack and cook over med heat, 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture.
Transfer chicken to a serving platter and garnish with green onion if desired.
Serve with hot cooked long grain rice.
