Ingredients
- 6 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. grits (can be quick cooking)
- 1 pound Velvetta, cubed
- 4 well beaten eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water, salt and butter to boil and add grits. Cook until thickens. Add cheese, stirring constantly until it melts. In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add small amounts of grits to eggs - slowly add small amounts to mix eggs without cooking them. Return mixture to pan and thoroughly mix. Pour into large well greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 for one hour, or until top is browned.
