Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 2 - 8 oz salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 package Taylor Farms Organic Cherry Almond Blue Chopped Kit
  • 1/2 c cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a preheated pan over medium-high heat.

Place the salmon in the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cooke for 3 minutes on each side.

Mix balsamic vinegar and honey; pour mixture over salmon. Cook until mixture thickens to a syrup.

Remove the salmon from the pan and let cool.

Open the salad kit and empty the veggies into a bowl with the included toppings. Add the green onions and tomatoes. Toss with the kit's blue cheese vinaigrette. Top the salad with the salmon.
