Ingredients

Chicken pieces
2 pkg frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 t curry powder
1 T lemon juice
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup water

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Brown chicken in oil. Place in casserole dish.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Distribute cooked broccoli evenly over chicken pieces.
Mix together chicken soup, curry powder, lemon juice, mayo and water. Pour over chicken and broccoli.
Bake for 1 hour
