Ingredients
- For the spice blend:
- 1 (3lb) beef tenderloin
- ¼ cup spice blend for the rub
- 1 cup crushed Kettle Brand Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper Potato Chips
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Grill Mates
- 1 Tbsp garlic power
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Mango Avocado Salsa
- 1 large ripe avocado diced
- 1 large ripe Mango diced
- 1 Serrano chili pepper, minced
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 Tbsp cilantro
- 1 large lime juiced
- Pinch of salt
