This is a combination of my wife's family and my family recipes to combine into one fabulous dish, but I still let my wife claim it as hers.

Ingredients
- Dempster's Marinara Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 C cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 t salt
- 2 T parsley flakes
- 1 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375, convection oven to 350
Brown ground beef in a stock pot and drain, add marinara sauce and stir to combine.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, pepper, Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley flakes in a separate bowl.
place a single layer of raw lasagna noodles in the bottom of a lasagna pan, layer on meat/sauce mixture, place large dollops of the cheese mixture on the sauce and use a spoon to spread thin into a single layer. Add mozzarella cheese and repeat layers.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.
Remove from oven and allow to sit for at least ten minutes, this will allow the sauce to be absorbed by the noodles so the lasagna is not runny.
