- 2 t ground sage
- 2 t sugar
- 1 t dried, crushed basil
- 3/4 - 1 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/8 - 1/4 t ground red pepper

In lg bowl mix all ingredients together. Divide into 8-10 equal portions. (10 portions equals 1 1/2 oz uncooked.). Cook or freeze for later use.
