Ingredients
- BBQ sauce:
- 3 lbs lean boneless chuck roast- fat removed
- 1- 11 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 TBSP mustard
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 TSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place a double thickness of aluminum foil in a 9x13 pan.
Place meat in the pan mix all ingredients and pour oven the roast. Seal the foil tightly leaving about 1 inch clearance. Bake approx. 3 hours. Serve with noodles or potatoes.
