Ingredients
- ground beef, 85/15
- 4 cups smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 large, sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Chef of the Future Floribbean Rub & Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons fresh black pepper, ground
- 1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper, optional
- 3 cups cheese curls, crushed

Instructions
Mix well all ingredients in large bowl. Place mixture in large, lightly greased cast iron Dutch oven. Preheat your Pacific Living Outdoor Oven to 425 degrees (218c) and set your Dutch oven on the shelf. Bake your meatloaf for 1 ½ hours or until you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees (74c) U.S.D.A. safe. I use a Maverick ProTemp Instant Read Thermometer for checking meat temps.
