- 1 1 /2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a large bowl. Microwave for 9 seconds, stiffing halfway through. Stir again until well incorporated.
Stir in the beaten eggs and coconut flour. Knead with your hands until a dough forms. If the dough becomes hard before fully mixed, microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften.
Spread the dough into a lined baking pan to 1/4 - 1/3 thickness, using your hands or a rolling pin with parchment on top. Use a fork to poke lots of holes throughout the crust to prevent bubbles.
Bake for 6 minutes. Poke more holes if you see bubbles forming. Bake for 3-7 minutes more until golden brown.
Once the crust is baked, add sauce and toppings and return to the oven for 10 minutes more until heated through.
