Ingredients
- 8 quarts of tomatoes, cored and
- chopped
- 8 medium onions
- 18 hot red peppers
- 5 cups vinegar
- 5 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
The tomatoes can be chopped in the blender.
Put the onions and peppers through the grinder.
Put all the ingredients in large pot.
Cook until thickened.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
Makes 12 to 15 1/2 pint jars
