Ingredients
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/4 c. dark molasses
- 1/4 c. light molasses
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 sm. bay leaf
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke

Step 1
In a medium-sized saucepan combine all ingredients except the liquid smoke. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add liquid smoke; stir.
