Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 1/4 c ground oats + more if needed
• 2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 1/2 **1 1/2 c Quaker Oats make aout 1 c ground oats

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together butter, peanut butter & sugars. Blend in eggs & vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix.

Chill 1 hour.

Bake 350º 10 minutes.
