Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Beat yolks till blended; gradually add 1/4 c. sugar, beating until thick and lemon colored. Stir in milk, vanilla and salt. Chill thoroughly.
Whip cream. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form; gradually add 1/4 c. sugar, beating until soft peaks reform.
Fold yolk mixture and whipped cream into egg whites.
Serve immediately.
