Ingredients
- 1 tub (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips (optional/ we use shrimp sometimes as well)
- 4 tsp flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- cooked fettucini

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cook Chicken in non-stick skillet (or shrimp) then cut in strips and set aside.
In same skillet mix chicken broth & flour. Heat through. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese as well as seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously until mixture bubbles and thickens. Add in chicken or shrimp.
Drain pasta, place in large bowl. Pour chicken mixture over pasta, toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. Serve with crushed black pepper and parsley sprinkled if desired.
