Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 stick (4-tablespoons) butter melted
- 2 large eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients together then whisk in the butter, eggs, and milk until just combined. Do not over mix.
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot buttered skillet and cook until top is bubbly. Flip and cook until golden on bottom.
For Blueberry Pancakes-sprinkle pancakes with the berries before flipping.
Do the same for Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
