Ingredients
- 2 lps fo ground pork
- 1 tbsp of coarse ground sea salt
- 1 tbsp of ground fennel seed (ground in grinder or mortar and pistle)
- 1 1/2 tbsp of sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp of finely minces fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of balck pepper
- 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
