Ingredients

  • 4 large white potatoes sliced thin
  • 1 stick (4-ounces) butter melted
  • 1 envelope (about 1.2 ounces) onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed (or rosemary) optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 325 degrees F.
Spray baking dish with Pam.
Place sliced potatoes in dish.
Cover the potatoes with the melted butter and
the dry onion soup mix over potatoes
Bake 30 minutes or until done.
(Some garlic in this would be good)
