  • 1 bag (30-ounces) Frozen Shredded Hash-brown Potatoes thawed
  • 1 carton (16-ounces) sour cream
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick; 2-ounces) butter melted
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Combine all Ingredients.
Transfer to a ungreased 9x13" baking dish
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for one hour or till heated through.
