Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (4-ounces) butter, unsalted softened
- 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted softened
- 4 cups (32-ounces) whole kernel corn, frozen or fresh
- 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons dry barbecue seasoning (**or less)
- 1 large pablano pepper seeded and chopped
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Step 1
A really good dish; Use a pepper according to amount heat you want.
**Add the seasoning only a small amount at a time. It does not take that much.
Prep: 10 minutes; Cook time: 15 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter over medium heat.
Add corn and yellow onion, cooking until corn is golden and beginning to brown.
Add seasoning, pablano pepper and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for approximately 3 minutes or until pablano pepper is soft.
Add remaining 3 tablespoons butter, stirring until melted.
