Coconut Tarts - 1 (Good)

Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut (or more)

Preparation

Step 1

Line tart shells with pastry. Put 1/2 tsp. jam in each shell. Cover with coconut misture. Bake at 375 deg. for 25-30 minutes. Ice with butter icing.

1/2 recipe makes 20 small tarts.
