Ruby Red Salad, Three Layers

Ingredients
- First Layer
- 1 package (3-ounces) raspberry gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 10 ounces frozen raspberries package
- Second Layer
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small package (3-ounces) cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- Third Layer-(Top)
- 1 package (3-ounces) cherry gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (8 1/4-ounce) crushed pineapple drained
- 1 can (16-ounces) with berry cranberry sauce

Preparation
Step 1
9-inch lightly greased square pan.
1st layer:
3-ounce package raspberry gelatin, 1 cup boiling water - 10 ounce package frozen raspberries
Dissolve gelatin in water, add frozen berries. Stir til separated. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
Chill.
2nd layer:
1 cup sour cream, 3-ounce package softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
mix and spread on top of first layer.
3rd layer (top)
3-ounce package cherry gelatin, 1 cup boiling water, 8-1/4-ounces crushed pineapple, drained, 16-ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce. Dissolve gelatin in water, stir in pineapple and cranberry sauce. Allow to thicken at room temp. Spoon over sour cream mixture Chill til firm.
