  • 2 cans (14-ounces each) chicken broth (14 to 18)
  • 2 cans (15-ounces each ) white beans drained
  • 3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can (4-ounces) chiles
  • 1 bag (16-ounces) white corn kernels, frozen thawed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red bell pepper

Step 1

Process Until Smooth: 1 cup chicken broth with 1 cup drained beans.

Next: Place all ingredients in pot with bean mixture. Bring to boil reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.

Makes 10 Cups .
