Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks (6-ounces) butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large box (8-ounces) pitted dates chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted chopped
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies®
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, sugar and dates in heavy sauce pan, stirring constantly until dates are dissolved.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, nuts and Rice Krispies. Mix well.
Form into balls (small). Cool completely and roll and dust with powdered sugar.
