Peanut Butter-Fudge Bites

Ingredients
- 1 bag (12-ounces) peanut butter chips
- 1 can (14-ounces) condensed milk, sweetened
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag (6-ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening

Preparation
Step 1
Combine peanut butter chips, condensed milk and butter in 2 quart glass bowl; microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until chips melt; stir well.
Pour mixture on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper; spread into a 13 x 11-inch rectangle, smooth surface with rolling pin.
CHILL 45 MINUTES.
Turn mixture onto cutting board, remove waxed paper and cut into desired shapes with 1-1 1/2-inch cutters.
Combine chocolate chips and shortening in a 2-cup glass measuring. Microwave at high 1 minute, stir until smooth. Spoon chocolate mixture into decorator bag. Pipe chocolate mixture onto peanut butter shapes.
Chill until piping is set.
Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
Yield: 11 dozen.
