This Cheesy Ham Oven Baked Omelet is a mix it, throw it in the oven and forget it kind of breakfast. It doesn’t take much prep and it’s delicious! Plus, the leftovers are just as amazing!

Yield: 8 servings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, beat eggs with a hand mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes or until light and lemon-colored. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a different bowl. Gradually add eggs and mix well. Stir in cheeses and ham.

Pour into greased 13x9 in. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
