Ingredients

  • 1 box ((14 1/2-ounces) yellow pudding cake mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 carton (8-ounces) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup pecans, toasted chopped
  • Glaze frosting
  • 1 cup powered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream. Beat at medium speed until smooth
Pour 1/2 batter into prepared bundt pan and sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon mixture. Swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees until tests done ( insert middle of cake with wood pick; comes out dry and clean).
Bake about 45 minutes.
Remove from pan. Cool slightly. Pour glaze over cake while slightly warm.
