Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (2-ounces) coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup (2-ounces) sweet milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups coconut flaked

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan, cook on low to medium heat until begins to thicken. Add coconut and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Fill between layers of layer cake. Frost cake with favorite icing. Sprinkle top with flaked coconut.
