- 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups confectioner's sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate. Bring milk to a boil and pour over sugar.
Beat well till smooth.
Add melted chocolate and beat.
Cool to room temperature.
THEN- - -
ADD BUTTER, salt and vanilla. If too runny, add more confectionery sugar. Frost immediately.
