Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, raw
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chilis
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced jalapeno
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt

Step 1

Put all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove the chicken, shred and return to the crock pot.

Serve with a garnish of tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, cilantro and avocado.
