Frosted Fruits; Frosted Grapes

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 packages unflavored gelatin
• Frosted Grapes
• green grapes, purple, any grapes
• 1 large egg white, slightly beaten
• granulated sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the Sugar and gelatin in a bowl.
Brush fruit to be coated with water:
Dip small clusters of grapes, etc. into water and shake off excess.
While fruit is slightly wet roll in the sugar mixture.

Frosted Grapes
Another way to coat fruit is to dip fruit into egg white and then dip into sugar and shake off excess.
