Ingredients
- 16 ounces (2 packages) cream cheese room temperature
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon green pepper chopped
- 1 tablespoon pimiento chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion chopped
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- tabasco sauce to taste, sprinkle
- garlic salt to taste, sprinkle
- pecans, toasted (for rolling cheese balls to cover) chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Set aside chopped nuts.
Mix all ingredients in food processor. Place mixture in plastic bag and chill until firm.
Roll into two balls. Roll each ball with the chopped nuts.
Wrap each ball tightly and refrigerate.
Yield: 2 cheese balls.
