Jewish Coffee Cake
This is another recipe from my Grandma...I make it in a 9x13 pan and it's just as delicious!

Ingredients
- Sift Together:
- 1 C Crisco
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs – beat in one at a time and beat well
- 3 C flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder (rounded) – Add alternating with
- 1 cup milk
- Topping:
- 1 C finely chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 T cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Put dough in (greased angel food cake pan) pan in four layers with the sugar mixture between, ending with sugar mixture on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Can make in 9x13 cake pan; do two layers-put lots of sugar mixture on top.
