Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium cucumber, quartered and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles with basil and sundried tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 pkgs (6-ounces each) ready to use grilled chicken pieces
- 3 tbsp prepared peppercorn ranch-style dressing
- 2 pkgs (4-ounces each) mixed greens

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumber, feta chees crumbles, and salt. Mix. Add chicken pieces, 1 tbsp reserved artichoke oil and ranch-style dressing; stir to combine mixture. Divide mixed greens amoung 4 serving plates and spoon salad mixture on top of greens.
