Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 8 - 12 oz Muenster cheese, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Rinse chicken & pat dry. Dip it in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and lay in baking dish. Layer the cheese on top of chicken. Spread soup over the top. Salt & pepper to taste.
Cover & bake 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 20 - 30 minutes until chicken is done.
