Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour (use 1/8 cup additional flour for high altitude)
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven 375 degrees
Cream Butter,White and Brown Sugar until fluffy.
Add Egg, Almond Butter, Almond and Vanilla Extract.
Combine Flour, Salt and Baking Soda.
Add Flour Mixture Slowly.
Scoop dough onto cookie sheets. Press flat and sprinkle with sugar
Bake 10 minutes
Tip:
Use smooth bottom of glass to flatten cookies.
